The best training is “hands-on”.

Come to our kitchen in Kinderhook for two weeks.  You can stay with us while you

1.  assist us in freezing and vacuum packaging  fruits, vegetables, cooked grains and dry beans, hard cheese, savory sauces and fruit sauces

2.  help create video food demonstrations for consumers

3.  create laser printed labels

4.  put together food kits

5.  taste existing products for breakfast, lunch and dinner

6.  develop new frozen and vacuum packed meal kits

7.  assist with canning and freezing classes

Basically you get room and board while learning.
